Terms & Conditions
Clickopia - Complete Shoot Manager · Last updated: 7 November 2026
These Terms govern your use of Clickopia (the "Service"), operated by Anson Antony E ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. What the Service is
Clickopia is a web app for photographers, videographers and studios in India to record shoots, orders, freelancers, client payments, expenses and payouts, and to see simple earnings and balance reports. It is a record-keeping tool. It is not accounting, tax, legal or financial advice, and it does not move money between anyone.
2. Who can use it
The Service is for business use by persons aged 18 or over in India. You must give correct sign-up details, including a working WhatsApp number, and keep them up to date.
3. Accounts and approval
- Each studio or freelancer has one login. Do not share your password or let others use your login.
- New accounts are checked by us. We may approve or reject a sign-up at our discretion.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account and for keeping your password safe. Tell us at once if you think someone else has accessed it.
- If you forget your password, we will verify your request on WhatsApp and send a temporary password to the WhatsApp number you gave at sign-up. You will be asked to choose a new password at your next login.
4. Packages, free trial and payment
- The Service is offered in three packages: Exposing, Studio, and Exposing + Studio. The features of each package are shown on the pricing page. You can use only the features of the package you have chosen.
- After approval you get a free trial. The length is shown on the pricing page. When the trial ends, access stops until you pay for a plan.
- Plans are monthly or yearly. Prices are in Indian rupees and are shown on the pricing page; any applicable taxes are extra unless stated. We may change prices for future periods.
- Payment is currently made directly to us (for example by UPI) and recorded by us. Your plan starts or extends only after we record your payment.
- When a paid plan ends, you get a short grace period. If you do not renew by the end of the grace period, access stops.
- Payments are not refundable once a plan period has started, except where the law requires otherwise or where we decide otherwise in writing.
5. Holding, suspension and removal
We may put an account on hold, suspend it, or remove it, for example for non-payment, a breach of these Terms, misuse, or a legal requirement. While an account is on hold or removed, the Service is blocked for that account. We will show the reason in the app. Your data is kept for a limited time after a hold or removal and is then deleted by us (see the Privacy Policy). You may ask us to delete it sooner.
6. Your data
- The data you enter (shoots, clients, freelancers, amounts and so on) belongs to you. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the Service for you.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you enter, including that you may lawfully record the details of any client or freelancer you add.
- We do not sell your data and we do not use it to advertise to you. See the Privacy Policy for details.
- Please keep your own copy of important records. We take care to protect data, but no online service can promise it will never be lost.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: break the law using the Service; try to access another user's data; probe, attack, overload or reverse-engineer the Service; upload malicious code; use automated means to sign up or collect data; or resell or share access to the Service without our written permission.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control. We may add, change or remove features. If we make a change that materially reduces what your package offers, we will tell you.
9. Disclaimer and limit of liability
The Service is provided "as is". We do not promise that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that the figures shown are suitable for tax, audit or legal purposes. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Ending your use
You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account and data. We may end your access under section 5. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as payment owed, limits of liability and governing law) continue after your access ends.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the updated Terms. For important changes we will tell you in the app or on WhatsApp.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any right you have under consumer or other laws. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter.
